Return policy
In the unlikely event that the product is damaged or defective, or if you receive a product different from the one you ordered, we will issue a return, refund, or exchange. Please see the details below and if applicable, please contact us through the "Contact Us" page.

Special return policy
Because our products are affected by bullion market prices and are easily damaged during transportation, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, even if the products are unopened and unused.

■If we cannot accept returns or exchanges

1) Customer order error (wrong product, wrong size, wrong purchase)

2) Customer's circumstances (the color wasn't what I expected, it's no longer needed, etc.)

3) Damage caused by the customer

4) Products in use

5) If more than 9 days have passed since the product arrived

6) If all the included items (delivery slip, product packaging) sent at the time of purchase are missing.

7) If the product is returned without going through the return form


■Returns for defective products, incorrect shipments, and damaged products during transportation

1) Return shipping charges: All shipping and handling fees for returned or exchanged items will be borne by our store.

2) Regarding refund procedures: If you wish to return the item (refund), we will consult with you each time. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

3) What I would like to ask when returning an item:

- If the outer box is damaged and you think that the damage has extended to the product, please refuse to receive it. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please also take a photo of the damaged luggage. Please write in the notes section that the delivery was refused.

・We kindly ask for your cooperation in taking photos of any defects in the product.

4) Regarding the number of days required to process returns and exchanges: After the returned product arrives, our return department inspects it to see if it meets the return conditions. Even if the returned product does not meet the conditions, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time the item is received.
