- Enter contact information, shipping address, and payment information
If you would like the item to be shipped to an address different from your own address, enter the desired shipping address in the shipping address field. For Google pay and Paypal, entering details can be omitted. - Choose a payment method
If you wish to change your billing address, you must do so before entering your card information. Please note that once all card information is entered and the enter key is pressed, the payment will be completed immediately.
⑤Pay now and click the payment button of your choice to complete your order.
⑥Confirm your order confirmation email
Please be sure to check your email for ``Confirmation of order details Order number: #0000.'' If you do not receive an email, your order may not have been completed. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us using the inquiry form.
Regarding cancellations and changes
1. Cancellation after order In principle, we do not accept cancellations after ordering, but if it is unavoidable, please let us know as soon as possible using the return inquiry form. We will only respond if the shipping process has not been completed.
2. Regarding adding products after placing an order Due to system reasons, we are unable to accept additions of products after placing an order. Please cancel the order and place a new order, or place a separate order for the additional items and place the order again. Regarding bundling, we will only accept products that have not yet been shipped.
3. Cooling-off According to the Specified Commercial Transactions Law, mail-order sales are not subject to the cooling-off system.

Shipping charges and product specifications are stipulated only by Shizendo. Prices may vary when ordering in-store or by phone.

・Products marked as "factory direct item (separate shipping)" require an additional shipping fee of 1,100 yen (tax included).

Shipping service available for single orders of 33,000 yen or more including tax. Less than 33,000 yen (including tax): 1,760 yen (including tax)
・Total product weight (excluding packaging materials) less than 100g ・Thickness: 3 cm or less ・Up to A4 size: 360 yen (including tax)
・Products marked as ``factory direct delivery (separate delivery)'' require an additional shipping fee of 2,200 yen (including tax).

About shipping

*Delivery will be made within 3 business days once preparations are complete.
If the shipping fee is 360 yen, the item will be sent by post, but depending on the item, the item will be switched to Sagawa Express, so please pick it up.

*Metal powders and liquids will be shipped by sea to Okinawa, Hokkaido, and remote island areas. (Delivery time: 1 week to 10 days)
2. Shipping date notification
After your order is confirmed, we will complete the shipping procedure and send you an email with the subject line ``Shipping of order number #0000 has been completed.'' For tracking your package or adjusting delivery in the event of your absence, please check the tracking number provided in the email and contact the shipping company directly. We are sorry, but we cannot specify the arrival date.
3. If the package is returned due to absence or unknown address
If the courier is not contacted within the courier storage period or the address is unknown, the product will be returned to our store. Returned products will be considered canceled and your order will be cancelled. The customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee and 4% card payment fee. 2.発送日のお知らせ

3.ご不在や宛先不明により荷物が返送された場合
宅配業者保管期間内に宅配業者へご連絡が無い場合または宛先不明の場合、商品は当店へ返送されます。返送された商品はキャンセルとみなし、ご注文を取り消させていただきます。その際発生した往復送料とカード決済手数料4%はお客様負担となります。あらかじめご了承ください。
