You can place your order online and collect your items at our store with no shipping fee (free of charge).
How It Works
- When placing your order, select Store Pickup as the delivery method.
- An estimated pickup date and time will be displayed at checkout.
- Once your order is ready, we will send you a “Ready for Pickup” email.
- After receiving the “Ready for Pickup” email,
please visit our store during business hours(Weekdays 9:00–17:00)to collect your order.
Please note: If you visit before receiving the “Ready for Pickup” email, your order may not yet be available.
What to Bring When Picking Up Your Orde
When collecting your order, please present one of the following for verification:
- The “Ready for Pickup” email
- Your order history page in your account
Please note: The account page is available to registered members only.
Please note: If someone else will pick up your order for you, please forward the “Ready for Pickup” email to them or ask them to bring a printed copy of the email.
Important Notes
- Orders can only be collected during business hours (Weekdays 9:00–17:00).
- The store may be closed during Summer and the New Year holidays. Any such closures will be announced separately.
- Changes to your order (quantity changes, item additions or replacements, etc.) may or may not be possible depending on stock availability. Please contact us immediately if you want to change your order.
- Storage space after your order is ready is limited.
If your order is not collected for an extended period, we may contact you.
