Gilded washi paper- Copper leaves

Delicate copper leaves are neatly gilded on a piece of washi paper by hands, to make them easier to handle.
It has a longer history than other materials, but has actually not been used very much. It recently began to be used as one of the color choices. As one of the material choices in the design development, it has been used little by little in recent years.
