About shipping

1. Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, Japan Post (Delivery method is up to our store)

*We cannot accept requests for delivery dates and times both domestically and internationally.
*Delivery will be made within 3 business days once preparations are complete.
If the shipping fee is 360 yen, the item will be sent by post, but depending on the item, the item will be switched to Sagawa Express, so please pick it up.
For more information, please check the email with the subject line "Shipping of order number #0000 has been completed.''
*Metal powders and liquids will be shipped by sea to Okinawa, Hokkaido, and remote island areas. (Delivery time: 1 week to 10 days)

2. Shipping date notification

After your order is confirmed, we will complete the shipping procedure and send you an email with the subject line "Shipping of order number #0000 has been completed.'' For tracking your package or adjusting delivery in the event of your absence, please check the tracking number provided in the email and contact the shipping company directly. We are sorry, but we cannot specify the arrival date.

3. If the package is returned due to absence or unknown address

If the courier is not contacted within the courier storage period or the address is unknown, the product will be returned to our store. Returned products will be considered canceled and your order will be cancelled. The customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee and 4% card payment fee. Thank you for your understanding.

・Products marked as "factory direct item (separate shipping)" require an additional shipping fee of 1,100 yen (tax included).

Shipping service available for single orders of 33,000 yen or more including tax. Less than 33,000 yen (including tax): 1,760 yen (including tax)

Kurumi Co., Ltd has launched a kintsugi tool kit featuring our 24K Genuine Gold Powder and Silver Powder. It includes everything you need to start kintsugi repair, including natural urushi lacquer that is less likely to cause irritated skin. 1)生漆	１個	陶器の接着、欠け修復に使うパテ。色漆を作る際に利用します。
2)テレピン	１個	漆の薄め、パレット、ヘラ、筆の洗浄に使用します。
3)純金泥　黄金24K	１個	仕上げに使う純度99.9％の黄金紛（0.1ｇ入）
4)銀泥	１個	仕上げに使う純度99.9％の純銀粉（0.3ｇ入）
5)黒粉／6)弁柄粉	各１個	生漆と混ぜて蒔絵粉を蒔く下地となる色漆を作ります。
7)サラダ油	１個	筆を掃除する際に使います。
8)強力粉	１個	生漆と混ぜて接着剤になる麦漆を作ります。
9)木粉	１個	麦漆と混ぜて大きな欠けのパテとなる刻苧漆を作ります。
10)砥の粉	１個	生漆と混ぜて割れ、欠けのパテとなる錆漆を作ります。
11)小皿	１枚	水、テレピンを入れる際にご利用ください。
12)マスキングテープ	１個	器を固定、漆を付けるときにはみ出し予防として使います。

Precautions

※沖縄・離島・北海道のお客様へ：空輸不可商品のため運送に時間がかかります。
※海外配送はできません。
【国内版】はテレピンが入っている為、輸出対象外です。輸出をご希望の場合は、テレピンが入っていない【海外版】をご購入下さい。

テレピンを使用する際には換気をし、火気に近づけないでください。
テレピンの瓶はとても倒れやすいので、蓋を開けた状態で立てて置かないでください。
金継ぎした作品ですが、陶器の破損の恐れがありますので、食洗器・電子レンジの使用はご遠慮ください。
金継ぎキットに含まれる材料を食べたり飲んだりしないでください。
漆を取り扱う前には必ず手袋をしてください。
清掃時も必ず手袋をつけて清掃してください。
漆は付着すると取れにくいので作業前に新聞紙を敷いてください。
デザインナイフ、竹串、竹ヘラ、楊枝棒を取り扱う際は、怪我をしないように慎重に取り扱いしてください。
ペットや子供の手の届かない場所で保管し、危険ですので人に向けたり、持った状態で走ったりしないでください。
純金泥24K・銀泥は取り出しやすいクリアケース入りです。
粉が多少ケース内に付着しますが、真綿で取り切れない場合は楊枝棒でかき集めてください。
銀泥は経年や焼き付け作業で変色する可能性があります。
保管時は高温多湿な場所は避け冷暗所で保管してください。
金蒔きの際は、わずかな風・呼吸で飛び散ってしまいますので、マスク着用を推奨しています。
